I'm not so sure myself, but my mother-in-law is completely wild about him. My wife also likes him. She says he's dreamy and has a romantic way about him and his voive and hairy chest is sexy as hell.

I think he's great and as far as I know he's fine. He's either already started a new tour or will be any day. Neil Diamond has always been one of my all-time favorites! As a younger child, around 7-8 (I guess) we would listen to him on the eight track player or the albums, then I had to get his music on cassette. I must be a die hard fan because at the age of 37 I have him on CD now! He's been with me through the years! I love his OLD stuff the best!

I had the great good fortune to see him in Chicago years ago, and he was a terrific performer. His music is really classic for those of us who grew up in the 70s...
He also tried his hand at acting once or twice. I don't recall the name of the movie, but he did have a role as a Jewish Cantor in a Synagogue in a movie.
And yes, he's dreamy....
