Speaking on general terms, there is no single action people can do to eradicate corruption. That requires trust, and there is a distinct lack of trust involved with corruption.
With that said, the only sure way to understand corruption is to have knowledge. Knowledge about whatever it is you are worried is being corrupted, and depending on your interests that can be a big order. That's one reason why we have knowledge spread out and free, for the most part. It's also a reason the US government is set up with a system of checks and balances, to not only quell corruption, but also stunt a single individual's, or group's, power.
As historian Lord Acton said, "Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely." Most are familiar with the latter part, but the former part is just as important.

High talks and moral lessons are provided by all of us but still we are rated the most corrupt nation. So no moral lessions please. We need action.
The only solution is limit wealth accumulation.Put a maximum limit to wealth acquisition. This is the only way of limiting corruption.
