The more intelligent Americans understood that Kerry was talking about the shrub.

The GOP will continue their spin cycles - hopefully, soon the machine will break down and a repairman no where in sight!

What bugs me about Kerry is that he backpedaled. What he said was true and he didn't have the courage of his convictions, so he says it was a "joke" that he somehow bungled. What a bunch of crap. The people that find education challenging and don't do well in school, largely due to racial and socioeconomic reasons and the lack of educational opportunities in impoverished areas, will see the enlistment bonus and college education incentives as the only way to get a leg up in life. They enlist, and in in the case of a war, they die. Vietnam was no different. Just watch Full Metal Jacket to get the idea. No, Kerry is not my first choice for anything, but almost anything would be better than what we have now. Except for Lieberman. I'd rather have Bush or his ilk than Lieberman. But that's just me.

Factual voters won't care...its true...without an education one career move for you is "BULLET CATCHER". That's one job you can always get if you drop out of high school and can't read.

I don't see senators and representatives sending their rich, educated children to the front line. The more education a person has, the safer they tend to stay. Its no joke! Who are Republicans trying to fool?

I'm waiting for an IQ study on the front line as opposed to those who have education. I know what the study will find. I know more uneducated minorities are getting killed than anyone else...sure an occasional smart, rich, white kid gets killed on occassion but the majority are the uneducated, poor, minority kids. Its a fact Jack...wake up and smell the coffee.

OK so don't vote for my answer but remember it anyway.

Bush will continue to be held responsible and the GOP will lose the House. But in 2008 another republican will be elected prez. Just my own little prediction.

A extremely poor joke delivery by someone who isn't running this year is NOT enough to detract people from remembering Iraq.
