You sound as in case you would be laid low with melancholy..as glaring as that sounds... that's an somewhat scientific venture.... have your physician verify you out in case you are able to no longer motivate your self to ,,,workout,,,eat healthful,, rigidity your self to be are available in touch in existence and for heavens sake be taught to apply spell verify
