Sometimes yes....most of the time no. Depends on how they became poor....how they got into that situation. I've never been poor but there have been so many times in my life already where even though I've had food, clothing, and shelter, not to mention a loving family.....I couldn't get myself off the ground and into a really positive, go-getter mentality because of my own internal/mental problems. So I am more sympathetic to a homeless person at this point......probably more than I've ever been in my life.....because I feel that however they did get to that point, they didn't do so on purpose....they were probably experiencing alot of pain.

No, there are a lot a reason a person is homeless, being poor, is a bad thing, unless you walk in their shoes, don't blame for anything.

It's not that simple. Some are mentally ill, some lost a job and lost everything because of that, others are hooked on drugs or alcohol, and some are just too lazy or irresponsible and family, if any, has given up on them, rightfully.
Only a very few want to be homeless but each one has a reason regardless of fault.

Why would anyone blame dem for being poor. Its like blaming the rich for being rich. Well, one would then propose the rich became rich by ill gotten gains, buts that blaming them on HOW they got rich and not their status as rich

it would be unfair to say yes or no to this question because every homeless person has a different story and sometimes it might be their fault but in many cases they were victims of circumstance
