I don't know about pills or anything, but drink alot of water, avoid sugar and fat, get plenty of sleep and exercise. Meditate, too. Pamper yourself. And shop. Shop till you drop. (Ok, probably not a good idea! But it's fun!)

The best thing I have found is a calcium magnesium in a powder form mixed with water. 2 or 3 times a day. Will help with the mood swings and the cramps! called calmax or calmag.

I don't know about herbal remedies, but one thing that helps me is avoiding coffee. I also became a vegetarian and eat a lot of soy protein, do not drink milk and avoid dairy products as much as I can. I didn't do it for PMS reasons but I noticed it helped the PMS symptoms a lot.

ya, its called mood swing, you get it at the health food store.
or V shop.
They have one called pms too.
I have taken that one.
I think if you get the natural hormone they are expensive, but you may get back a normal mood, that is what we lack when we swing. A drop in hormone, makes us mone.
They have good stuff for us check it out. They have a mood claimers in tea. Due to PMs if you louse your sex drive they have a cure for that too.

Soy has been shown to help with this. I use soy powder, not flour, and make a shake. Yogurt, banana, orange juice and blend. The soy milks are good also but I prefer the shake. There are also soy tables you can purchase.
