i just bought some new shoes and now their a lil blue from my pants how can i take that off

You don't say what material your shoes are made of. If they are cloth / duck material, a solution of liquid detergent, bleach and water scrubbed on with an old toothbrush ( or a new toothbrush if you like) should do the trick. Don't use too much bleach. And, rinse after the scrubbing has removed the blue color.
If your shoes are leather or synthetic, get some white polish and just cover the blue with it.

Get some comet from a drug store a market (you can buy it anywere) and sprinkle it on a tooth brush and get to scrubbing... Hope that helped. Bye...
