Only if I did not deserve it.
I believe then it would highlight the police as the typical corrupt and selfish bast**ds that we have come to know them as being.
I would tell all and sundry, of all the details, and how I had come to receive this insult, so as to educate all around me in what the police are really like.
I have personally seen the police bully, steal, insult without reason, and conceal evidence. So it would not be too surprising that ASBO's may be given injustly to innocent people. And only then would it be a thing of pride to show.
But maybe I digress...
You would have to be a skin-head, tracksuit-wearing, dole-collecting, trouble-loving fool to find it an honour in well-deserved circumstances....

No, but then I'm not 16, don't wear a baseball cap and/or hood (unless it's raining), don't think that Burberry is the last word in haute couture and can spell my own name in less than six attempts and never have to follow it with the word Officer. Otherwise I probably would.

No - it's a badge of shame that you have to be restrained by the law because you're not adult enough to control yourself.

Only if the society defining 'social behavior' was wrong in its beliefs. Rebellion is only great so long as it is righteous.
