What is the easiest way of burning onto a CD?

I've never done it before. As I am Multiple Chemical, Perfume and Food Sensitive I can't go anywhere near the Instruction Book as I will react to the smell of the print etc. Can anyone please help me?

do a search for Record Now. once you find it, put an icon on your desktop. and just click it and it will take you where you need to go. it should be in folder C:\Program Files good luck

install cd-writer and install nero software,i think nero is the best software to burn content to cd
