Are you a male to female transsexual? Are you a transvestite? Are you just looking for a new way to express yourself?

Transsexuals are required to live in the role of their chosen gender for at least a year to qualify for sex reassignment surgery, so if this is your goal, you might as well move in that direction. If you are not in the care of a psychologist and doing this for some other reason, just discuss it with your employer and be honest.

Our society is changing. The fears that people have had in the past about 'different' gender issues are changing. Change is a good thing and if you know in your heart that this is something that you must do to be a complete human being, go for it.

If, on the other hand, this is something coming as a whim or just to get attention, you might want to keep your femme self in your private life.

Finally, how do you look as a woman? Do you pass easily? How old are you? Why do you want to do this? Would you want to do business with a person who looked like you in a small town?

good luck.

as long as it's in the dress code it doesn't matter. your life is about you as long as you are not hurting anyone:)

If you are comfortable with it, it's ok.
