Hey I'm just looking out for myself. How many forgotten grandparents are in nursing homes right now? We live in a real throw-away society.

You really expect your kids to become your nurse when you're old and feeble. Maybe in a third world country? I plan to die with dignity on my own terms as is my ******* right as an individual.

raise you children to respect older people and their own parents. Teach them that they are responsible for you when you are old. I don't know of a name for 'forgetting you', it does happen. But if you raise them well it should not happen. Children are the best things that ever happened to me. They really fulfil life. I love them so much I would lay down my life for them. Having them helps me know there is a God.
