Depending which state you live in, and if you didn't know the tape was ever made, and where you were (at home?), if there is sound, you can press criminal charges. It's illegal, unauthorized auditory surviellance (spelling?)
You can also sue for money or have a better shot at suing for the video to be removed.

After watching it ....find out who in the world got ahold of it and plastered on the internet.... then I would kick their a-- and demand money from the pervs.......or sue them in a court......
