My mom has been married for over 25 years but she was forced into marriage and she tells me the only reason she stayed with my father because of us her kids due to our religion i guess she didnt have a choice he never did care for his family as we grew up because he had his family like his brothers and mom on the other side of the world and he gave them most of his life savings and they dont even call to say hi but im afraid that i might not get the man that will take care of his family and support us im afraid i might end up with a man like that because in our religion the girls cannnot go in front of guys so what do i do im thinking way to much about it because my mom is never happy plz help me what do i do

Take a realistic look at the choices your mom has made. When the time comes and you think you have found the right "true intended", so to speak. How do you feel about him? Does he love you or is he marrying you because it's time and your there? Marry for the right reasons. Make sure you are both in Love with each other. Every thing else should fall into it's proper place. If the guy doesn't love you. Then tell him No, you don't want to marry him and wait for the right guy to come along!
I'm sorry your mom is so unhappy! A mans first priority is his family. Not the one he left behind, but the one he co-created. But I'm a firm believer in God can do all things. Take your problems in your family to the Lord. Leave those problems in his hands and have faith that he will make every thing right. For he has the power to do all things. He wants us to be happy and will help us with our problems when we are doing our part in keeping his comandments. Know that God loves you and your parents and will help them be happy. Be patient and the Lord will answer your prayers!

I HAve no idea what your religion is but G0d dont make people sad. CONCIDER making a decision towards your future. STAND on your own two feet. G-d will take care of you.

this is sad. maybe you will have love and caring with your spouse-i will pray for you in this -you have to make a choice of tradition or change if you can, otherwise do the best you can to take care of yourself and family.

see who make the religion-we do, and why we make them- to keep us happy and healthy, then we can break them to keep ourself healthy and happy. you have to strong and belive on GOD.
