Ok well when my grandma died she split her money between her two grandchildren that lived with her and when they were 25 they would get the money(25,000 each) So years past and in 2004 my brother who was by then 22 years old had died. We looked to who he signed it to and it was me. I was 12 yrs old at the time now am 14. I alwes wondered what would happen to that money. Then my uncle being the scammer took that money and split it to all his brothers and sisters and he split it inbetween by how many kids they had. Well am the only kid in my family! So we only got like a smalll small % of the money. When originally all that money was signed in my name from my own brother! What the heck happened I just got smart enough to relize that this had happen to me! Is there a way to take him to court and make him pay me back?

What a theiving jerk bag! I'm really sorry that happened to you. Sometimes people care more about money than anything else. You poor thing. You should look into talking with a lawyer to see what he can do about it. You might be able to sue him for the money.

Talk to over with your parents and make sure they were in on this deal. Then seek a good attorney on trust funds and let him earns his money. You won't be the best relative in the group if you take time course but if is the money you are after, then go get it but remember who your families is. Is the money worth losing their love or friendship over. This might happen. Your choice, sit and think about it, then do what you must.

I would talk to a lawyer. Im not sure about all the legalitys but if there was a signed and notorized paper saying the money was to go to you then im not sure how anyones can touch it. Even your legal guardians unless it stated somewhere that they could use the funds to help raise you. Good Luck sorry you were exposed to so much greed so soon in life....but its everywhere. Good Luck

you should talk about it with a lawyer. you could try going to the narest court and go to the small claims and ask them what kind of lawyer you need. they will tell you, and they'll probably give you phone numbers or address. those lawyers don't charge a lot or they won't charge at all. but be prepare to show proof/ collect all the info. that you can, and it doesn't matter that your a minor you could take him to court. good luck!!!!!
