WHY DO I GET THE FEELING THAT YOU AREN'T REALLY TALKING ABOUT GOING DOWN TOWN, OR SHOULD I SAY TO TOWN???

The last time I went downtown was four days ago, and
it cost me $400 because my car quit with a dead
alternator right in front of the shopping mall. I had to
get help and rush to a repair shop for service work to
replace the alternator right away. So, my shopping trip
ended rather abruptly, and I am $400 poorer.

September 1st and it was awful. I printed out satellite images from google earth and marked them with a highlighter plus I have a key map and I still got lost and was 30 minutes late for my appointment( I left the house 30 min early). I ended up parking 3 blocks from the building because I could see the garage but I couldn't get to it, all those damn one way streets. I hate Houston.
