I go to court in a few hours over custody and visitation with my minor child which is the age of 3. I am pregnant and stressed out about the whole deal. But I have told my lawyer that I will agree to everyother weekend thanksgiving and christmas rotating each year and a week for summer vaction. I need a way to stay calm to keep from going into labor because I am due anytime now and my back is killing me now due to the stress... any suggestions???Also I live in VA and I dont know if the father will get more than what I have agreed on.

I think I am being very fair under everything he can call to talk to our daughter anything and so can his family. I am trying to come to something fair and reasonable for our child and visitation....

What has your lawyer said? What are the laws there? Stressing won't do you, your 3 yr old or your unborn child any good. Relax & let your lawyer do their job. Thank GOD you have 1. We're trying to pass legislation here for Mom's who can't afford lawyers.
