Not at all! England (Part of the United Kingdom) is in the Northern Hemisphere and has the same seasons as the US. Australia, for instance has Winter, when we have summer, so Australians celebrate Christmas on the Beach in Swimming Trunks!

Hope this helps,

No, because both England and the US are in the Northern Hemisphere so they experience the same seasons. Australia on the other hand experiences summer when it is winter in US
i.e. Summer is from December to February in Australia which is US winter.
Then when it is Autumn in US it is spring here. This is due to the rotation of the earth. The earth sits on a 23.5 degree slant meaning that in Northern Hemisphere summer the N. Hemisphere is closer is closer to the sun and the southern hemisphere is further away and vice versa in north hemisphere winter.

No the seasons have to deal with the Earths rotation around the sun. In winter we are at our farthest away during the summer we are closer. This happens because our orbit is not perfectly round.

No. England and the USA are both in the northern hemisphere. True, they are on opposite sides of the world, but this only means that when it is day in England, it is night in the US and vice versa.

The US and the UK are both in the Northern Hemisphere, so it is winter in the US and the UK at the same time. When it is winter in the UK it is summer in Australia.
