What is it you are trying to achieve? When I make paper, if I leave the pulp to drain, the pulp, when dry, becomes like cement. You can also form the pulp into molds to get different shapes. It also depends on what kind of paper you are starting with as well. If you do go into papermaking, it is a very fun (and messy) hobby.

wet it with water and then let dry it ,i think this will be effective
