It's a mild sprain, but it's feels tender/tight when I flex my foot or if I do't have stable balance.

How bad is the sprain?? If it is just mild-- you should be okay in a few days-- if its bad if could take a couple of weeks.
You will be able to run again for sure.
If you cant move your toes-- you should go to the doctor because that means it may be broken.
You will be fine-- it will just take time.
If you are worried after it gets better-- you can get an ankle brace that will keep your ankle stablized when you run

Well since you said that it is a mild sprain i'd say a couple of weeks with very limited activities that do'nt require sudden movements of the ankle such as running. I'd also relax for the first week when the ankle is most susceptible.

it depends on the severity of the sprain. If not to severe, should be able to run in 3 to 4 weeks, but if severe - 6 to 8 weeks.
Good luck!

you have to stop workout for foot immediately. Then use some massaging and ointment for cure. It should be OK in a day or two. if not you have to consult your physician.
