Try Synners by Pat Cadigan; and Software, Wetware, and The Hacker and the Ants, all by Rudy Rucker. Although he predates the genre, some of Samuel Delaney's novels, particularly Nova and Dahlgren, have a cyberpunk flavor to them.

Tad Williams wrote a 4 book series called "Otherland" and people getting sucked into cyberspace.
