There are many things this world is lacking...perfection is one of them...there are drop outs...and there will be drop outs...no matter what you, I or anyone else does about it......This is a massive undertaking...eliminating college drop outs...you might as well familiarize yourself w/ the problem and see where it's headed before you decide to act...get your bearings......find out about the state of affairs by researching statistics like the percentage rate of drop outs last year as compared to the number of actual students...then compare that number to the same stats for the year before...find out if the number is increasing or decreasing...prove your hypothesis by searching back ten years or so and see where the trend is headed...if you see a steady decrease in populas dropping out of college before graduation, then you might be able to calculate the inevitable outcome by using your percentages and counting years ahead to a day when college drop outs are a thing of the past...now your only tasks are to find out why college drop outs are "dropping out" less and what can be done to speed up the recovery....now on the other hand if you find that college drop outs are on the increase instead of the decline, then your work is cut out for you....you would have to research why and what can be done...you say you are familiar with why...so that's where you would have to start...eliminate the reason and you will solve the problem...then you can calculate the timeframes accordingly...good luck...

I don't get the question. Are you wanting to demolish a college or demolish a college drop out?
Or are you talking about lowering the college drop out rate?

if its the last one - you can offer more career counseling so students can find majors that fit in with what they are interested in.

You can offer more peer tutoring for those students struggling in a subject.

You can offer on site child care for students (maybe run by early ed majors) so they don't have to hassle with the regular daycares off campus.

You can implement a zero tolerance policy for any student caught with alcohol or illegal substances on college campus or who gets arrested on such a charge.

College drop out will never be totally eradicated, because college does not fit for every person. A student may sign up because of pressure from his parents or out of feeling that there is no other option for him and then discover that college life is not his cup of tea and he'd much rather be in the work force or in a different type of school or training program.
