does anyone know when gay marriage will be allowed in cali or the next election and votes about it. is there any gay rights, such as unions, joints, tax, inheratance and etc. or is that not allowed till gay marriage is legal in cali...id like to marry my partner some day without having to move to MA. if you have a website about gay marriage in cali id like to see it.

I believe the people already voted about 60% against it. A court recently ruled that marriage was not necessary since there is a domestic partners law that provides equal legal benefits. Even insurance companies have been forced to change the term of "spouse".

Sorry to say sister, but I hope never. I will make sure to get out and vote everytime to prevent it from happening.
Homosexual adults can live their lives the way they want. They do not need to demand anything of the majority such as "rights to marriage", etc. Live your lives, do your thing, don't project it onto the rest of society.
I have never had a problem with gay people. I have close relatives who live that lifestyle, but when it became forced down my throat in media and with all of these demands for legal recognition, etc..........that took it too far.

Don't know, but you can get a domestic partner in your health insurance policy. I worked for an organization that provided that for the gardeners, but no benefits for part-timers like me....

Vote for Angelides, and it may be soon. He promised that he will sign the bill that would make LGBT marriage legal. Persuade all your LGBT friends to do so also.
