Take it as a compliment. Self-outspoken means you say what you believe in no matter what others think. In other words, you have a personality. Nobody is manipulating you.

"Do not sacrifice your life; you are all you have." It took me a while to realize that the myth that self-sacrifice is good is for narcissists, not women who are struggling with a poor sense of worth to begin with. There’s nothing noble or wonderful in leading a life of misery. Who is helped if I am suffering? Not me and not anyone else. I stay away from people who promote self sacrifice because they do not have sufficient respect for themselves; if they do not appropriately value the life they have been given, they will likely not value mine. I grant no dignity to masochism. It is based on a false assumption that by taking from someone, even your very self, you thereby have something to give. All real givers give out of the surplus and abundance of their lives. I cannot refuse to value the gift of my life. People have much invested in seeing duality--you are selfish OR selfless--but happiness comes in the beautiful place between, in a healthy self, and being a good steward to the gift.

It all depends on who said it and when. If your spoken out self says its so- who could argue?

There is no such expression, but I think you already know by logic what she probably meant.

Next time you see that person tell her that she had misspoken when SHE was so outspoken.

self outspoken is not correct. you can be outspoken, but putting self in front of the word makes it nonsense.
