Russia is no longer a command economy, it is a corrupt one. China is privatizing part of its economy. The best example in today's world is probably Cuba. The part of any countrie's economy under control of the military, becomes a command economy.

Yes, or socialism during wartime, or fascism in general. Along with communism, these are "command economies."
