Ok, i feel gross asking this, but i want to know.....
My fiance is a clean person, takes a shower every single day, I have noticed like in the past 4-5 months that he has a bad odor down there(his penis). It is like a fishy odor.
I know for sure 100% that he is not cheating and never has. Why does he smell like that? I mean he even smells like that after he takes a shower.
He didn't have this odor before. I don't know how to tell him. This is affecting our sex life too. What could be wrong? What is it from?
Please only serious answers!!!!!!!!!! No joking!!!

As for approaching him, maybe the next time you go "down there", you can act kind of surprised, and say something like "Honey, I don't want to alarm you but you're smelly kind of strange down here. I'm only noticing because usually you smell so good. Maybe it's an infection or something".
That way it doesn't sound like you're disgusted, and he doesn't feel as embarassed.
Stuff like this happens.
Good luck.

The fact that he's circumcised just proves that circumcision doesn't eliminate all problems, even smell. Sorry, it just bothers me how people automatically assume that only uncircumcised guys smell down there.
Anyway, if you're confident it's not because of his personal hygiene, tell him to go to the doctor. It could be a yeast infection, in which case it'll be bad for you too. If it is then it's easily treatable and he'll have to take oral or cream medication, but eating yogurt helps too because it helps replenish the body's natural microbial environment.

Is he circumcised? If not then that could be an obvious source of the problem. He needs to pull the skin back and wash more thoroughly. You have to tell him. It would have to be very delicate but must be done especially if this is impacting your sex life. If he gets upset it probably will be short lived and then at least it will be out in the open.5 months is way too long to be putting off the obvious.

OK stinky guy crotch could be any number of things. make him take some clippers to his fuzzy bits -- things can grow in the hair.
It could be jock itch but he would be red and itchy.
It could be his diet too. Some things sweat out a lot stinkier than others.
If it is affecting your sex life then he probably knows something is up already -- guys are kind of crazy like that -- he probably thinks its something else entirely though -- you might want to clue him in -- you don't have to sensitive - guys usually like direct better anyway. something like "boo bear -- would you mind clippering?" would be just fine. if he asks why you could explain that smelly bacterias like to grow down there and you just want to nip it in the bbud -- even tho the bud was a few mos ago.

I'm sure that it's some sort of an infection, you should somehow hint at it, maybe by saying something along the line of the taste (might hurt less than hearing that he smells) ask him if he's been feeling alright

If it's affecting your relationship and the enjoyment of......... you need to gather up your courage and say something, he maybe unaware and it's a medical problem. No to be rude but I've only encountered this type of question when it involves a women and that "fishy smell". May something, eh?

I don't know what could cause the odor. Is he circumsized? Have him go to the dr and get a smear done.

you could have had a yeast infection and passed it to him, and he has it now-YES it is very possible to give to him, you got treated and then he has the infection
the test is painful, so don't tell him that. they basically stick a q-tip with little tips like a bore brush up the tip of his penis.
just get him to the dr. tell him you are concerned and that you will go with him , IF he wants you to go.

he may have a disease. most of the time it is because of sweat but if he takes a shower and still smells then look out. have you ever smelled yourself. your stuff probably smells too.
