there were 2 boats that Odysseus had, his boat he took to Troy and the one the Phonecians made him to get home later. is there anywhere in the 2 books that tells the names of these boats, if they were even named?

I believe the ship to Troy was named after his Goddess Athena.
I don't think the ship to Ithaca was ever mentioned by name.
