It usually takes a lot for me to become so angry that I am at my breaking point. Months of inflicted pain, suppressing how I truly feel and people hurting me and one day I just cant take it anymore. When this happen I completely change from sweet and shy about my feelings to aggressive and assertive. I guess I get tired of the pain and hurt and storing it all inside so I just let go of everything I have been holding in. Probably not a good thing that I do this but thats me ;)

I think that we all have a level that we consider our breaking point. Some of us can handle things on such much higher levels. One thing that keeps me in check in knowing that I am not responsible for anyones actions other than my own. Therefore, my breaking point is wayyy up there considering that I know how to just let things go. You cannot control certain things and those things that you can should always have good outcomes.

your breaking point is when what ever happens is beyond any understanding or reasoning that you can stand or explain. when u open you mouth to speak and nothing comes out, u are litterally speachless. when u look at that person and u have no more anger or love to express any more to them what they've done.

you guys are nuts...:-)

it depends, are you in a relationship, are you suicidal?
If so, dont snap. it helps to call a crisis team and it can be confidential.
Mine is when i get hit with 1 huge bad thing or several small bad things in a day, then I just want the day to be over and I go to bed early, shut my eyes and hope i don't wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it.
