Yes, you can do that, but the fat tissue won't stay there where you want it.

Therefore it's a waste of money.

Well, it is possible, but there is only one doctor actually performing this technicque (Dr Sydney Coleman in NYC). The fat is actually injected behind the breast tissue into the muscle and it is hard to say whether it will be permament or not, it may need to be repeated and is very expensive. For what it's worth, breast implants would probably be much less hastle, more predictable as to the outcome and much cheaper.

However, there is a new product which is due to come out called Macrolane. It is made from hyaluronic acid and is perfectly safe. Although it is not permament (lasts about 2 years), it can be used to augment the breast tissue and will cost a lot less than both fat grafting or breast implants. HTH : )

Implants are OK now a days as very high qiuality Implants are available in INDIA and as you told these are to be done every 5-10 yrs is not right like you can always consult your doctors and he/she can advise you accordingly. As far as putting fat from other part of body and grafting in breast it is quite feasible provided the plastic surgery is done withe help of reconstructive surgeon as lot of nerves are associated.

no but you can do it the other way around. I forget how it was explanedto me why you cant put fat in the breasts but thats the only place on the female body where it doesnt work.
I think the doctor said that the breast reject the fat and they get like hard like rocks.

That would be kind of sick. Breasts are big due to the milk.......having fat there would be kind of weird but it could be just me. I guess you could but it might be dangerous depending on how much you are removing from your hips.
