I sent him some Hospital Medical Records and an Autopsy Report. He told me it looked like a Suspicious Death, But he wanted another Attorney to look them over, He said He was baffled also. So they sent the Reports to a Medical Doctor for his Opinion. Does my Attorney think there was Malpractice or what? and if he Does why won't he tell me?

An engineer died and went to hell, when he got there he installed an elevator, put in air conditioning, and constructed a bridge across the lake of fire. Upon hearing about all the changes in hell God asked Satan why there was such a good engineer there and insisted on getting him back, Satan said no and God said I will sue at which point Satan asked him where he was going to find an attorney in heaven.
When an attorney is getting another attorney involved in your case can you say double billing at what $500.00 an hour. He should have told you he did not have enough expertise and referred you to one who did.

As a student of legal studies, I can give you this little bit of an answer. Your attorney has to be absolutely positive about the findings on the autopsy report. He can't just tell you there might be something amiss, he has to be sure beyond any doubt that a pathologist has said there is something amiss. After he feels there is a possible case, then he will talk to you and ask you if you want to proceed with a lawsuit. Most attorneys don't want to get anyone's hopes up, that would be unethical.

Next stop, the Twilight Zone.

Though you and me are idiots when it comes to this legal stuff, it won't hurt to ask for an explanation. And your attorney should be able to explain it in layman's terms. Ask. It's a reasonable request, from a reasonable client, and you're legally entitle to it. And any lawyer who has passed the Bar knows it.

Just ask. Your attorney is probably looking out for your best interests. If not, there are other lawyers who would just love to eat him for breakfast...

I assume you read the Autopsy Report, that was probably done by an MD, what did he say?
I suggest you tell your lawyer that you don't pay those who baffle easily:)
Demand an opinion or the records back without paying him.

Hopefully, the records went to a pathologist. He won't tell you anything until he knows exactly what to say about the merits of the case.

Your attorney is probably trying to worry you so that he can charge you more money for him to protect you from non-existent dangers!
