The most tried and true method is good ol' benzyrol peroxide--the stuff that's in most over the counter zit creams. Make sure you pick a product with the strongest dose--10%.
Also, try washing your face with a product that has salisylic acid in it.
I know people are always telling you to stay hydrated and how good it is for your skin, but it's absolutely true. Try drinking 2 liters of water every day for a week, and you're skin will clear up drastically.

My mom sells AVON and they had this 'instant' pimple type product that supposedly worked overnight... but it was a bust =(
I eventually stumbled upon 2 things:
SK-II : Facial Clear Solution
&
Mario Badescue : Drying Lotion
For me, the SK-II works wonders. I can have those huge red pimples before I go to sleep, but if I dab on a little of the solution, by the time I wake up the redness is all gone and the swelling is reduced by at least 50-75%. Usually gone in two days time for sure.
I don't really think there can be an "instant" solution. =D
Here's the link to the Mario Badescu one:

In order to get more details/reviews of the product (or any makeup/beauty/cleansing products in general) I HIGHLY recommend this website:

Hope that helps!

Use a cleanser that has tea tree oil in it, or get tea tree oil on its own and wipe over your face. Not only does the tea tree oil work at drying out existing pimples but it helps prevent further ones from coming up.

This clinique cleansing foam works miracles!
Just wash your face with it, (don't bother with their 3 step program).
