It's hard to believe that a man can be raped, in any case I don't believe he should pay for child support!!! He was forced into the act! Therefore it was involuntary!!!!

They have gotten legal verdicts outside actual trials (what if scenarios) and the answer is yes (!) they have the right to child support. They have only one thing to prove in order to cash in on their right, who the father is. The question came about regarding a pregnant teacher who was in jail for statutory rape. The judge decreed in the event of an actual trial the boy who was 14 at the time would be liable. Similarily, a divorced couple had saved sperm for whatever reason before the divorce. I think they were both doctors. A judge said if the woman decided to scoop some in there and get pregnant on her own volition, the man would be liable for child support. He actually was suing to get the sperm back for this reason. It is ridiculous.

If a woman can choose abortion to rid herself of an unwanted pregnancy due to rape - a man should be able to choose not to pay for the offspring due to the same reason.

Ok... How does a man get raped by a woman??? I'm not understanding this. Unless she is a damn beast and like 7'0" tall and like 300 lbs and the guy is like 5'0" and like 120lbs I can't even see this happening. But if for some reason the guy SAYS he is raped and he "accidently" had an orgasim and got her pregnant I think he should pay child support cause he is LYING ha ha.
