I don't believe the matter will ever get to the supreme court, when it didn't even go to the people!
Whether one is or is not a smoker, is not the question.
The business person, has invested in a business, and to whom he wishes his customers to be, should be his choice, not the government!
Just as we expect them not to climb into our bed! Government should not slam close the cash register of business.

Smoking and smokers, if either or both should become illegal, should not have access to the weapons of choice, cigarettes!

We are people of freewill, or so we would like to think. I can not speak for you, as the government has. But, I can decide whether or not, to enter a business that caters to either smokers or not!

I am a smoker, but I don't mind the bans.I smoke outside at home because of my kids, and I did it most of the time even before I had kids.I don't like to smell smoke when I'm not smoking. However,I think banning smoking in bars is just crazy.I mean, drinking and smoking just go together, and if you don't want to be around the smoke, you can always stay home or go to a restaurant.Same with casinos.

somebody needs to take it to the supreme court asking "is banning a legal activity, and making it a criminal offense to use a legal substance a legitimate use of law?"
