I'm not sure how harrassment would play a part in this. I would think that if the girl was forced to get married and the boy does not support her as was expected of him she should have the right to have the marriage anulled (as if it never existed). If there was an arrangment which stated that the boy would take care of the girl if she married him then whoever forced her to marry him should be demanded of to supply the bread and butter that he is not supplying. It is actually up to the husband to provide for his wife, but in this case I would make the family who forced the marriage to pay. The wife should demand that he get a job. Or end the marriage.

What do you mean by forcely? If it can be proved in court the marriage was forcely, then the girl probably can not do much harm to boy or his family.

Being unemployed is not harrassment. And if they were adults then she cannot sue the parents.
