Take your question to "books and literature". Frankenstein isn't folklore or mythology. No civilization has expressed a shared reverence for Frankenstein.

I hate to bust everyones bubble, but Doctor Frankenstein created a male monster. The monster never had a name, nor did the Female monster in the movie version of the book. Doctor Frankenstein destroyed neither of them.

If so it was only because she was his creation made like the male monster in a parody of gods creation.

No, every monster needs a mate. They would have had a nice life / afterlife together.

He did it because he feared that she might be evil and want to kill or she might reject the creature and the creature will be upset
