I happen to love bright colours but on the other end of the spectrum if you wear all black people think your goth or evil.

Firstly, bright colors are provocative. I don't think you know exactly what that word means. I understand Merriam-Webster has a website. And most people do not think you're 'goth' or evil if you wear all black. Maybe you should check out Wikipedia while you're at it, their description of goth is pretty accurate.

Most people wear certain colors that express their mood. Wearing bright colors might signify that they are very happy and want to avoid black because it will make them seem gloomy.
