I would go mauve/dusty rose tank or camisole underneath it with white jeans, if you can find them. Otherwise, try to find gray and pink or white pinstripes.

I've seen a lot of dark brown paired with either turquoise or baby pink =D It's refreshing actually.
I have been called a 'tree' for wearing dark brown pants and a green top... so beware! Lol.

Since you have a dark brown, try navy, khaki tan, and dull orange. No matter what, don't do any shade of green. It just seems too tree-ish.

Jeans? Any denim.
Depends on what item of clothing it is.
But cream and black go with brown.
