Oh, I wish I could give you just one. Judging by your picture, you weren't old enough to be going to movies when these came out, but if you pick up the DVD's I think you'll really enjoy them.
I have a list of 5 that I have watched at least a dozen times each, and will watch (and still laugh at) many more times.
1. Blazing Saddles
2. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
3. Airplane
4. Young Frankenstein
5. Naked Gun
Outside of the "Python" movie, there's not a lot of cerebral comedy here, and all five of them are extremely silly...but even twenty years after their releases, they are still extremely funny.

Ummm, I can't think of just one but......Fargo, Raising Arizona, Royal Tenebaums,40 Year Old Virgin,All the MST3K movies,Rushmore,Election,Waiting for Guffman, State and Main, Best in Show, Spinal Tap.

While You Were Sleeping.
The dinner table scene reminds me of my family. Whenever we start having one of those conversations, someone will end up interjecting, "these mashed potatoes are so creamy!" or "Ricky Ricardo was tall...."
