TINA!!!
In my opinion, she has a better vocal range than Cher...she's more dynamic than Dianna and sexxier than Aretha, well, the rest of them all together. Can you believe those legs! Oh, and how about those lips.....Tina Turner has to be one of the VERY few sexiest women over 60!!!

cher is good at singing and acting
diana ross has lost her voice not performing
aretha franklin has the best voice of all,she is the queen of soul and other music...not performing much and what she needs to do is write some songs and get busy... and of course
tina turner is my favorite of all of them
tina turner is the queen of rock
aretha is queen of soul
cher is still important and queen of pop
diana ross is good for her old songs...

Most people will answer Diana Ross,but I like Tina Turner.She has talent,charisma,and stage presence that only comes around every other generation.

Ohhh that's too tuff...I give them all their singing and their diva props. Pressed to pick one as best...I'd go with Aretha...but it would be a very near 4 way tie..they're all great.
