I would say...
it would not be about any of them.
It would teach people how to handle relationships. Nowadays, a lot of teenagers just do not understand how to. Hopefully, the book that I write would be able to give a knock of their head and help wake them up!

I would write about both. In order to write about yourself, must like that not have to talk about your position in your family. It is part of understanding who you are and where come from.

It would be primarily about me. But you cannot write about yourself without referring to your family and friends, can you?
