NO The former boy wonder is still single. Babs broke off the engagement for undisclosed reasons. I personally think that Jesse Quick ( The new Liberty Belle) would make a much better love interest for him.

While Nightwing (aka the original Robin) has had a few romances, I get the feeling that the character in general is going to follow in his mentor's footsteps. His past is almost as dark as Bruce Wayne's, as he also lost his family while still young. But where Bruce was still a child, Robin was in his teens, so it did hurt to lose his family that way, it was not nearly as traumatizing to him as it was to little Bruce. But as to what the future holds - who can tell?

Uh... Dick is still one of the most eligible bachelor's in... Gotham, uh, Bluddhaven, uh, NYC. Anyway... you can still have you happy ending. = )
