You want to try "new things" to get pregnant? Unless you are artificially inseminated, a fertile man is the only way I know of. You could try finding a "new" man to assist.

Well, here's what worked for me. I thought i was fertile mertyle. I got pregnant while on b/c patch twice. SO, when i was trying for my third, and off the birth control, i couldn't get preganant for anything!!!! I bought the EPT ovulation kit and everything. Planned it all out, had sex at least every two days, and nada. Nothing. So, i said forget it. ( I went by that old goofy chinese calendar because i wanted a girl, yeah, silly i know) So, i gave up the next month (that would have been boy month) and low an behold, I got pregnant. So, i belive that when you don't try so hard, and you just let things happen, then that will happen!!!! I think i read somewhere that the old standby missionary is the best "position". The wondersperm gets closer to the cervix i guess!! Take folic acid or prenatal pills everyday, have lots of sex, and try not to try so hard!! You'll get that plus sign in no time. I have about 5 unused ept sticks left if you need them!!!!hahaha.
Good luck and have fun!

The only way for you to know if you are ovulating is to take your basal body temp each morn, same time and before you get up. You should see a pattern in temps that leads up to and after ovulation. You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.

Don't stress over it..that will mess with your body. Watch what your discharge looks like, it'll tell you when you're ovulating.

Change in cervical mucus. As your cycle progresses, your cervical mucus increases in volume and changes texture. The greater volume and changes in texture reflect your body's rising levels of estrogen. You are considered most fertile when the mucus becomes clear, slippery, and stretchy. Many women compare mucus at this stage to raw egg whites.

Stop trying so hard and try and relax and enjoy the baby making you may be surprised. Failing that go and see you gyno if you have been trying for a while they may be able to shed some light.
