where can i get a pc program that will teach calculus & chemistry?

Any 'good' software/computer supply store should have them. You may have to buy two separate pieces of software, but its probably worth it, if you think you really need it. My suggestion is my personal staple when it comes to software, STAPLES!

Comp USA or you can enroll in a trade school like ITT Technical Institute and learn manually.
