i have a wilson slame 650 raquet is it good? do i need to change the strings for better control? and does this raquet give any power at all?

Just get your racket restrung once a year. If you like the way your racket feels then it is good. If you want more control you want to string the racket tight for more control. 65 lbs is considered tight on mosty rackets.

that is a recreational racquet. If you feel that you are starting to become a more advanced player, you can try to get a more expensive racquet. Recreational racquets tend to not have listed specs so it is hard to tell. However, most recreational racquets have an ample amount of power unless the strings are old. You should probably restring every month to two months depending on how often you play or else they'll go dead and yuo'll lose both control and power.
