I came across this book once about a rock climber who got stuck in a crevice (or under a rock, I'm not sure), and I don't remember the title.

One of his hands was stuck, and I think he cut it off and survived. Anyone read it before?

"Between a Rock and a Hard Place" by Aron Ralston. Kind of an obvious title for his ordeal; I would have chosen something less cutesy. I haven't read it, but I saw him interviewed and he talked about amputating his arm--such an incredibly creepy story! He's on some of those "Man Laws" commercials--are those for Miller Beer? Anyway, look for him there and on the Man Laws website.
