You can always ask them, Then why are you still here? They are trying to start an argument, so yes I think its okay to tell them that they can leave.

Culture shock is a normal thing to happen to anyone who lives in a foreign country. Everyone who lives overseas will go through a phase like this, and then the phase will most likely pass.
To tell someone to leave...well, I wouldn't say it's a very helpful way to promote your country. It would be better to see what the person doesn't like and help them to face the issues. For example, If the person thinks Americans are arrogant, help them to see that it's normal culture for Americans to be loud and assertive, but that doesn't mean they're arrogant.
Also, teeling them to leave the country is a way of avoiding the issue that the person raised.

In those cases, my immediate response is:
those persons should either go back to their native land, or find a more suitable and preferred place to be. Certainly there will be issues where ever you go, but I don't think I would want to live anywhere else. I'm even biased about the STATES!!! =)
I'm from California, born and raised, and I don't think I ever want to relocate and go anywhere else. I will stay here and deal with the occasional earthquake. It gets no better. =)

It may be rude, but part of being here is the freedom to not like it here. Our country doesn't deport people based on their thoughts and feelings. Like it or not (ha ha), that's the great thing about America.

thats very rude telling someone to leave the country. there were so many people aspiring to stay and work in america. maybe you got the wrong information , sorry to say that. you know, people are going to america for greener pastures, and as far as america is concern, i never heard someone talk like that, i heard a lot of comments regarding their stay in america, some live and stay there for more than 20, 30 years, that they did really enjoy living in the states. there are many states, what state are you referring to?

Answer:
NO, it's not alright. I wouldn't go to France or any other country and start trying to tell people why I think their country is so messed up. It's called having manners.
