i'm confuse to buy a book like narnia and eragon, because there are many kind of them, some are thick?

some are really big book and some are small, but if i read the conclusion at the back of the books, it's all the same
why the stories are same but the thickness of the books are different

Why would you read the conclusion? That ruins every story...I think you mean comments or i=what is on the back cover. Some great books are Watership Down, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, good fantasy with morals and leads to a lot of immagionation. I hear goo stuf about harry Potter series/ not just for kids really.
