When you are accepted to a state university, do all of the universities in that state have information as to which university you're attending, or does only the university you were accepted to know.

it depends on the school and state system. Most schools have different requirements. When I applies many years ago in CA. I had one application, but had to provide different information for each school. My acceptance letters were from each individual school.
