Assuming we're here in Pittsburgh, I'm not much for fancy, so I'm thinking Primanti Brothers in the 'Burgh's Strip District for one of their World Famous Sandwiches (with the meat, slaw and fries right in the sandwich--an artery-clogging delacacy), and wash it down with some Iron City Beer while we watch the Penguins' game on the big screen.

We'd go to the supermarket and get deli sandwiches and then go out for a picnic!
Or, since it's dinner time, we'd drive up the the coast and park on the edge of a cliff and eat our sandwiches on the hood of the car.

The Cheesecake Factory. I love most of the food served and of course the cheesecake is heavenly.
Cheap,
IHOP. I love the house of pancakes! LOL I would eat breakfast any time of day.
Or,
we could just stay home and I could fix you a home cooked meal of your choice..........with dessert!
