Of course they did not like it. But look where things would still be if Europeans had not created a modern society. This land would never have come so far.

By getting systematically slaughtered. That's how they "reacted."
In the old days that is how lands were conquered. It happened to every race, color, culture. That was the way of life. NO ONE should be looked down upon. Back then it was the strong survive and conquer....
