You'll forgive my skepticism but:
Where was all this concern for the troops when GB and Congress were voting to send them to war with no evidence? Most these guys could care less about the troops, they are just using an out of context comment for partisan advantage. Soundbites are losing there effect and aren't going to when them the election this time. Republicans would do well to learn that.

Since my son is an Army Ranger & I have 3 nephews in Iraq right now, I will have to disagree with you. I am not blathering by express disappoint that Kerry would insult our military's intelligence. I did not pay for my son's university degree ( he graduated with a 4.0 - not dumb) so Kerry could say he joined the military because he had no choice. He took a $40,000 a yr paycut to serve his country.

The evidence or lack there of has not been declassified. Whether it was on bad intelligence makes no difference, our troops are there & we owe them our respect & our support.

Democrats soundbites have become a bore too! Something must be working for Republicans, they have control of White House, Senate, & House. Our votes will decide if that changes not the press.

Kerry's comments were just a bad deivery of a stupid joke. We all know it was meant to be toward Bush. A decorated veteran wasn't putting being a soldier down, he was trying to put down the draft dodger whos an obvious mental deficient. Don't tell me you've never heard Bush say his sentence totally wrong! I have clips from at least a dozen different speeches of his where he scambles his entire sentence. Come on we all know what he meant.

Hey, I got an idea, lets all realize that 99% of Americans care for the troops, and be done with it?
